"Well Jeff, we all bring strengths and weaknesses to the tribe which make us Jaburu. I personally think this tribe is a strong one and I do believe we can come back from this loss. Just someone, in particular, is not pulling their weight. When someone doesn't pull their weight, it drags down the tribe as a whole which is really unfortunate."

I don't think someone is "the weakest link" of the tribe. Everyone has their strenghts and weaknesses in different types of challenges. It is more so who is the least helpful for the tribe. There is one person who is not pulling their weight, though.
