No because the new people have to sign up when the host advertises so all the reserves so far are past players lol.

I'm pretty sure its just a mix, what if someone is new to the series and finds a bunch of links finds this board, sees it looks like fun and then asks the host if they could reserve, or maybe, Hosty has friends from other boards and he had told them... they might want to play so they reserve?
